        I am not sure why most people have rated them 1 star. I have used them for years and find them to be very reliable and professional. I know that this can be a very stressful time to have your car not running when you need a tow. If you are courteous to them they return the same to you. For emergency towing, I do use another company but for scheduled towing I find them to be the best.
