Renewal by Andersen of Alaska

On 06-July 2015 Renewal by Anderson Alaska crew, Randy and Richard, out of Anchorage, started the window replacement of all the windows at our residence in Wasilla. They worked for 4 days on this house and were very meticulous about everything they did. We were very comfortable having Randy & Richard in and out of the house as they worked.



I worked in construction for close to 30 years so knew what I was watching when they went to work. From the moment they showed up till they left, their positive attitude and craftsmanship was impressive. In all my years working in construction I never saw any one clean up after themselves as they did. From a scale of 1 to 10, Randy and Richard definitely get a 10 from us.



We really like the windows we purchased from Renewal by Anderson of Alaska. Our old windows were wood frames with cranks, which were always in the way. The ones we have now slide so we can open both sides or just one. These windows have exceeded our expectations.

Bob and Rob just finished replacing my living room windows. They were amazingly competent and careful workers and also cleaned up before they left, even though they were very neat in the replacement process.

I am a wood worker, so have some knowledge of their task and saw immediately how capable they both are.

Also, my driveway was steep and icy at the time of installation. They parked in such a manner that was considerate of me getting in and out of the house and kept the truck of to the side. I was very impressed by their thoughtfulness.

This is my 2nd go with Renewal by Andersen. Nothing but Top Marks for the Company and the Crew they sent to our home. My first install was 8 windows which went incredibly smoothly and professional. Outstanding work. We decided to also update our front door. What can I say. Bob and Rob are a great crew and did everything in a single day and did it well. I thought it might take a couple of days but they worked diligently, updated me along the way, and took care of everything especially the clean-up. Bob and Rob phoned to advise they were on the way for a window installation. They arrived promptly, went over paperwork, listened to my concerns, and within three hours did an outstanding job of removing the old and installing a new window in one of our rooms.



They went the extra and caulked another window that had settled. They took their time and work was quality.
