Lahn Pad Thai

I've been to all of the thai restaurants and Lahn Pad Thai is hands down the best. Great food (fresh rolls & pad thai are my fav.) and great service. This place is definately one of Anchorage's hidden gems!

Tried this place last night for first time and was deffinetely not impressed. The food was bland overall and the one dish we ordered with NO spice was too spicy to eat.

My family and I went to Lahn Pad Thai the other night. We order a couple of appetizers (Fresh Rolls and Angel Wings) the appetizers came out really quick and tasted really really good especially the Fresh rolls. It was Pretty and different from others that I've tasted. I can taste everything inside it . (shrimp, chicken, lettuce, apple, cucumber, celery and more..) dipping it in the sweet chili peanut sauce was awesome. The stuff wings was so good and crispy. It was stuff with clear noodles, pork and veggetables . We then order some Pad Thai noodles , Kiew Warn Chicken (green curry), Krapoa Shrimp and Tom yum chicken. Our dinner came out pretty quick. The portions were big, Pad Thai tasted so good, not too dried like some other restaurants, the kiew warn was not too spicy and creamy came with green peas, bamboo shoots and fresh basil that was good too, krapoa shrimp was good and tasty with bamboo shoots, string beans and fresh basil , you can taste the fresh garlic and the Thai chili , the spices were perfect, they also use large shrimp not small ones. For the Tom yum, It was so good ...I can taste and the smell all the flavors, lemon grass, limes leaves the chilis. Over all my dinner at Lahn Pad Thai was awesome my family and I enjoy it very much., I can say that Lahn Pad Thai is my favorite place for Thai food.
