LabCorp

The address on here is totally wrong. That's frustrating because then I was late. They also couldn't find my lab order which was faxed over twice. But other than that it was fine.

First visit to a Lab Corps facility. Employee was pleasant. HIPPA violations were clearly present and not understood. Lab Corps expects customers to put their name and reason for labs on a form that then sits there all day. Anyone and everyone can read who was there and the reason they are there. This is a major HIPPA violatIon. The gentleman there did not seem to understand and suggested I call Lab Corps. He had no number for me to call, suggested I go on line and look up the number. I was told the manager was working in "other locations that are short staffed". Although he could not tell me where so I could go to that location for my blood draw. I have called the Lab Corps legal department and of course had to leave a message. First visit, not impressed
