Harolds Appliance

Have used Harold's Appliance many times and have always been pleased. Shane is prompt, knowledgeable, and affordable.

Harold's is excellent. I have used them for every appliance in my house for many years. They have always been available for scheduling and the techs are extremely knowledgeable.

Harolds appliance is lovely! They did amazing work in a short time. They were timely and professional and affordable! Great experience! Hopefully I wont have any more appliance problems for a while but if I do I am calling Harolds!

Our gas dryer stopped heating so I looked for an appliance repair shop. I couldn't find many reviews so I winged it and trusted that Harold's Appliance Service would do good work. I noticed there were some real old bad reviews and some newer great reviews. I suspected the business had undergone a change in ownership.



I called for service and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She said she would call me back with an appointment. She did and gave us a 2 hour window - 12-2pm the next day.



The repairman, Shawn, came about 1:30, diagnosed the problem and told us he needed parts. He returned in a couple of hours and fixed our dryer, vacuumed around it and cleaned up his work area. Additionally, he thought a slight squeak coming from the dryer was due to rollers, which he replaced, however, it didn't fix the squeak which didn't bother us, so he did not charge us for that. Free BONUS! He did fix the igniter which kept the dryer from firing up and heating. Viola! Dryer fixed. We were happy with the fix and the price was considered normal to us so we highly recommend Harold's Appliance service.



Also, we asked Shawn, whom we found out was the owner, about change in business ownership and he is the new owner. We were very pleased with the service.

Wonderful! I needed a part for my dishwasher and called over a dozen places in town before Harold's. They had my part, set it out for pick-up and was only a few dollars more then the dealer. Of course if I bought it from the dealer I would of paid an extra $28 for them to ship a part the size of a quarter and had to wait 7-10 days for delivery instead of having my dishwasher up and running that night. Harold's will be my first call next time.

I was so impressed with the service at Harold's appliance. A repairman came out the day I called and looked at my fridge and was able to pinpoint the problem efficiently and accurately. Thet were very professional to deal with. I would highly recommend Harold's!

I had a great experience with Harold's Appliance. When my dishwasher broke last month, their technician came out the same day I called, and it was repaired within 20 minutes. He was friendly and the charge was reasonable.

I deal with Harold's for all my appliances, & they always do a great job! I had steve out to fix my brother's dryer, and had it up and running in 30 minutes ! great job harold's team!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The repair man stinks to high heaven of cigarette smoke and body odor. He came up 3 separate times with three separate parts and never solved anything. Then you had the nerve to bill us for fixing nothing. How can you collect on a service that was never rendered? Sounds like you make a habit of this. Shame on you! You people should be put out of business forever.

I called them to repair my wall oven and it was a nightmare. Not only did it take them five calls and four months to finally get it fixed, they charged me $700 after installing two bad parts. The repairman failed to test it properly, broke the oven more and complained about the job the whole time. They took my money and wouldn't claim any responsibility for their poor service, incomplete work and irritating customer relations. Run if you still can.
