The business owner, Eddward Burke, is an unethical character. He will lure you in with a low interest rate, and then it will magically jump up and he will make you sign an interest rate lock-in to "make sure the rate doesn't go up any more." He will guarantee you the lowest interest rate but instead charges you a cap ontop of the prime interest rate called a yield spread premium. He also will probably charge you some fees and charges that you never saw coming, until you are at closing and are likely to miss them. He may even raise your origination fee without your consent. You probably will find these charges later, but he won't care since he received his disbursed funds and will not address any of your concerns.
