Avoid at all costs!!! My husband called them on their shady pricing for parts and service and they played dumb. Claimed they had to charge us 3 hours for a one hour fix because that's what "the book says", we go to pay and they charged us 4 hours. Tried to charge us $700 the full cost of two control arms when they were only going to repair them with two $75 parts and were caught. Said that the reason the actual was off from the quote was because of the cost of parts, but we'd already pre-paid for the cost of parts at actual cost plus shipping. If you are expecting the quality of service you received at the old Land Rover dealership just because some of the staff work here all you can expect to get is exploited.

They quoted $1,500 repair job, but showed me over $4,000 final bill when I go pickup my truck. Stay away from them !!!!! This shop is run by bunch of crooks!

I have a Land Rover that I had serviced there. This company will rip u off any way they can. Over 300 in labor for replacing a Air intake sensor. 1000 bucks to recalibrate suspension. I can go on and on. Thanks God I don't go there Anymore. Id be broke. I live in the valley so time is everything. I took my 3 children to anchorage to get the vehicle serviced. They told me it would be done at noon. I waited in the parking lot from noon to past 5pm. I was pissed. No courtesy call to say it would take longer. They saw me outside waiting for 5 hours and never Thought to call and say it wasn't going to be done at noon. Absolute worse service ever.also every time i took my vehicle there something else ends up breaking every time after i get the vehicle back. They broke my cup holder and tried to say it was like that. They never fixed it.No apology. No discount. They will just plain rip u off and set u up to spend more later. Wallace is a liar and will up charge u any way he can. I tell everybody who's got land rover and Range rover to Stay far away
