        I will never go to them again after they put my winter tiers on last year. They had ruin my tires, and made me pay $50.00 to replace it when I even had the receipt. NO STARS FOR ME.

        HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

        We called to get a quote for our sons car for winter tires. The woman put us on hold rudely after speaking poor English and talking to others in Spanish at the same time. She was arrogant and obviously did not want to do her job. She never came back to the phone. We called back and she was again rude, staying they were busy. Then she admitted to never taking down our tire info before putting us on enternal hold. We asked for the manager and she started speaking Spanish to him before putting him on the phone. He then was just as rude, not concerned at all with how we had been treated. He proceeded to tell us he didn't care and hung up. We will never have anything to do with this establishment and signed on here to warn everyone else possible to avoid this place. Very, very seedy and unbusiness like!!! Be warned.

        I called them up on a whim, they had no reviews, decided to go with a mom & pop shop instead of a big operation, and I would definitely recommend a mom & pop any day of the week. ;) They are more friendly, more personal attention to detail, and most importantly honesty. (not trying to sell you something you don't need) :) Thank you, Laura Carter ;)
