Friar Tux Shop

We had a horrible experience with this Friar Tux! From the moment we started with them, they were rude. I made an appt for my now husband, father, brother & nephew to be fitted for our wedding. The employees were rude from the moment we walked in. They seemed like they were bothered with our business. If we weren't crunched for time, I would have just walked out & waited to go to another Friar Tux, but all others were booked for the month & we needed to get the guys fitted asap. After they had the fitting, we were told we didn't have to pay anything up front. When the week of the wedding came, the guy was instantly rude to my dad & now husband, saying "we shouldn't even help you since you didn't pay a deposit!" My dad & now husband spent almost an hour in there getting things taken care of & picked up the tuxes for my brother & nephew (our ringbearer). When we got the tuxes to my brother & nephew, they tried them on. My nephew's was all wrong. The shirt was 2 sizes too big, the pants were a size too big & the shoes were too small. It was too late to go back so my nephew went barefoot for our whole wedding! Luckily it was on a boat in the Newport Beach harbor, so it was sort of fitting to go barefoot. I will never recommend this particular location to any of my friends. I believe we should get some sort of refund considering my nephew's outfit was all wrong despite being fitted.

Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life, at the Anaheim California store. :/ went to get fitted for a tux and left feeling disappointed and cheated out of what should most certainly be a enjoyable experience ! ! ! I strongly do NOT recommend Friar Tux Shop .
