This service is HORRIBLE. The store, I cannot speak for. But the service itself is BAD. I would not recomend the headaches this company has given me to ANYONE. The customer service is insane - they'd perfer you to deal with your issues using their Online FAQ. Yes. They want you to GO ONLINE to answer your questions about why you CAN'T get ONLINE. And If you do build up the courage to call one of their seemingly infinate hotlines, you deal with many automations (which is normal, now a days) then finally talk to one representitive who gets your account information and name, asks you the "security question" then puts you on hold for 10-15 mintues. If you can make it through that drama, you get talked at by some representitive with a heavy accent who tries to get you to not cancel the service. When that doesn't work, they tell you it will be terminated, and to check your email to get the conformation and information on how to get your refund. HOW THE HECK DOES THAT WORK? THEN They say "let me check with billing" dial you out and the automation at THAT number says "Sorry, we are currently CLOSED, please call us again at our Normal Hours of Operation." This is no joke, I'm typing this AS I am trying to cancle my services with them..



GETTING CLEAR WIRE INTERNET SERVICE WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE MADE IN INTERNET CHOICES,



DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.





AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY WANT FROM YOU.
