Alpin Haus Ski Shop

Whatever you do DO NOT buy a pool from Alpin Haus in Amsterdam...purchased a pool in April from Jamie...had nothing but problems getting a scheduled date...traded our boat for the pool...went back to bring them the title and retrieve personal items left in boat from previous year since they winterized it...boat was gone and they claimed there was nothing left in boat...asked for our plates off the trailer they said they went with boat...demanded they be returned and guess what still no plates...the floor of the pool is far from smooth visible ripples can be seen from outside the pool and makes it hard to clean...missing 2 caps from install that we have asked for a few times now...still no caps...asked for cover that we purchased so that we can close our pool up...still no cover...still waiting on demonstration on pool care...all calls and emails are ignored...have never been treated so crappy by a company...oh and the one day we stopped in to speak to Jamie...was told he was around but unavailable...wanna guess where he was?? Working out in the gym next door...we demanded to speak to him and boy was he annoyed that he had to do his job....ridiculous....whatever you do go somewhere else for a pool
