Wish I had read the other reviews first!!! Made an appointment a week ago for repair estimate of a fireplace at property we are buying. Get a call one hour before we are suppose to meet at the property cancelling and can't reschedule for over a week. Real estate deals are on time frames and they knew this. They will NEVER get our business!!!!! Note: had to click one star to post but they do not deserve even that

DON'T GET BURNED BY ADIRONDACK FIREPLACE CO....they act nice and customer service oriented up-front but once they get your money, you are forgotten. They make promises they can't keep and sell products they do not know how to service. Their solution to every problem is "just replace a part and hope it is the correct one". They have no idea what "real" customer service is!

Think that this company needs to give classes in employee and customer relations.You don't go to a customers home with a grumpy attitude and expect to be very welcomed.Because of family issues outside of work they need to be left outside the door.And then you have your boss call the customer the next morning and want to know why your employee was givin a hard time..Really who does this.Besides the instalation of the pallet stove wasn't what or how the customer wanted it.I think the employee s need to know the customer is how he is getting paid not the otherway.And the solution you come up with is to come yank the stove out of a 80 year old mans home and refund his money really.And another think the pellet stove stoppex working after the installers left, and you give one price over the phone and another after you install it.Nice company.Wouldnt reccomend to any family or friend, But this is just my oppinion
