Story County Dental Clinic

I get that this is a cheap dental office that takes state insurance, but for how rude and bitchy and mean to my kids that the hygienist is it took everything I had to not punch her right in the face. First time we went there I thought okay maybe she's having a bad day, but this past time was even worse. My kids are 3 and 7. She would straight up raise her voice and purposely hurt them with the tools when they moved and a few times she even grabbed their heads and pulled their bodies up (by their heads!!) if they slipped out of position. Sorry my kids are too tiny for your huge chairs and she purposely put that light right in their eyes and didn't offer them sunglasses this time like last time. Even after I said something to her she just kept doing it. Then the dentist took a whopping 30 seconds to look at the kids teeth and say all good even after I said I needed to talk to him about a baby tooth removal on my oldest. He talked so quietly and fast I can't ever understand him and he doesn't answer any questions. He asked the hygienist how it went and she smiled and giggled and said everything went perfect while I sat there purely dumbfounded! I am done with them! I'd prefer my kids necks to stay intact!
