Heritage Care Center

Heratiage care is a bad place. They don't care about the patients or there needs. They are only driven by money. Patients are disrespected and neglected daily. The family's are constantly lied to by staff. They only tell you what they want you to hear. The have no integrity and blame the patients for there problems. It's a place that needs to be shut down ASAP. The patients need more from a facility where caring and respect are standard and a admission and management take responsibility for good care not bad care and lies to family's make it about the patients and not about money.

My first 3 hours at Heritage Care Center. Rehab patient is my wife. Dee is in Heritage care facility. It is a rehab center and Alzheimer home. Boy is it xxxx. I think we are going to walk out after the first rehab tomorrow if things are not any better. First the bed needed rotated so Dee could get her leg up on it. She could not get in or out of the bed the way it was. Finally after an hour I moved the 400 pound bed myself. Then we asked for a walker so Dee could go to the bathroom. After an hour I finally went home and got Grandma's old waker. They never did bring a walker. Then Dee wanted to eat dinner. All they had to give her was a cheese sandwich. They were afraid the gravy would set off her masto. So I went downtown and got her some dinner. Then her meds.... I told the nurse I would go bring Dee's meds in ....after I go get the original Rx bottles. The meds were in a daily pill box. So while I was gone getting Dee's meds from the house.to bring them back
