Works hard, but do not pay ahead of time. I paid him at the end of the day, with only a 1/2 hour of work to do. He talked to me about spraying the trees, and I added that amount to the check. He packed up and said he would come back the next day. He didn't. He will take your money and promise to return. it is a lie and you have to hound him to get even the least amount of the agreed upon work if you pay ahead of time.
