Home Depot used Plains to deliver a stove to my mom. Part of the service was to include delivery of the stove, set in place, and haul off the old stove. They bullied her into keeping her old stove because they did not want to haul it away and they left her new range in the laundry room. Really? She is disabled! When we reported back to Home Depot and they had to come back out, they called her were RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! and HATEFUL. I will do everything I can to make sure consumers know who they are dealing with and that Home Depot cancels their transportation contract with this worthless company.
