Wonderful management and awesome special! Evan got us moved in for 29.00 for our first month, and we got FREE use of their moving truck. Wonderful deal. Very pleasant to deal with and our items are very secure! Would highly advise anyone who needs storage in Amarillo to rent here.

I rented from this location for 3 months in unit 149. I declined the renter's insurance. At some point during my stay there was a water leak in my storage unit. We did not observe any abnormally bad storms or wind damage. However water did find it's way into my unit. It ruined our dinner table from Oak Express. The table had bad water damage and the sheet covering it grew mold. I understand in my lease I declined insurance and it says they are not responsible. But I would have hoped that they would have had the professionalism and customer service drive to say, "hey something was wrong with our building. We will compensate you some way, even just a month or 2 of rent. I spoke to Leslie, Evan Horton(manager), and Jason Burhalter(General Manager). They couldn't even bring themselves to say we're not gonna do anything, they kept dancing around it so as to not have to say it directly. Jason was nice enough to say that wind driven rain will soak through cinder blocks, which all their back walls are made of. So word to the wise, if you rent from them don't use all the space you pay for and put something against the back wall.
