Fuzzy Wuzzy Pet Salon & Daycare

I stop using this place about 2 years ago. Melissa the owner is like Jekyll and Hyde!
When I first started using them she was really nice but can be very overbearing. I was a regular. One time around Christmas I needed sissy groomed but didn’t have the money till the first of the year, Melissa said the was ok & I could pay her when we got r check but a few days later she was calling & calling wanted to know when I was going to pay her. Out of all the times I went there I only complained one time about the cut. She had gone through a lot of groomers & now was using her daughter, that day her daughter groomed sissy & the cut was not up to what I paid them. I tried to call Melissa on her cell but didn’t get get her so I called the shop & the girl said bring her back & they would re-do her. Then went back the second time it wasn’t any better. This time when I called I talked to Melissa & she said she would groom my sissy herself. Took sissy back again for the 3rd time & Melissa was not in a good mood, she told me if I wanted to keep coming here again then I couldn’t complain about her service. I took my sissy & left. Never went back!!!!
The way I look at this is I’m paying for her service & if it’s not up to standards then I have THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN. So then I found Brandy in Cleburne at Pet Depot, she is Awesome. The best thing she only takes one dog at a time to be groomed plus she's Cheaper & doesn’t charge me because I use my debit card.

My dog has horrible anxiety so he doesn't get groomed often. He was looking really shaggy so I decided to give it a try and take him here. She held him for the whole time I was there and never put him in a cage, plus he looks amazing! Picking him up was like getting a brand new dog! I love Melissa and her staff. They are great people and really care about your dog. I will always take mine to her!

Very thrilled with Fuzzy Wuzzy pet salon. Everyone who took care of my mom's dog, who adopted my mom and step dad. They took care of their dog with the best of care. She will be coming back here because she felt safe and very happy..

Either these people giving five stars have never been inside this facility or they are just posting fake reviews, or both. I took my dog there to get groomed, the place was an absolute pig sty, and the barking was so loud that I could barely hear what anybody was saying. When I asked what the price of the grooming was, NONE of the three persons in there could give me a straight answer. Then, finally one of them spoke up and said, "Well, we usually charge about $50 for a large dog" (which is TWICE the going rate here). I said, "You USUALLY charge $50? What do you mean 'usually?' You don't always charge the SAME amount for the same size dog?" They were hemming and hawing, and I said, "You're just making stuff up out of thin air, aren't you? Just trying to see how much I'm stupid enough to pay, aren't you?" Also, one of the workers there appeared to me to be tweaking on something. I will NEVER go back there.

I Love this business and the Owners Melissa & Mike - My Pet Petunia Loves going to the Salon so much that all I have to say is ( Petunia do you want to go see Melissa ? ) and she get so excited - they have boarded my dog and treated her like she was a part of the family. Elizabeth

I LOOOOOVVVEE this place - Melissa the Owner has boarded my dog and groomed her and all I have to say to my pet is ( Petunia do you want to go see Melissa ) and she gets so excited. I would highly recommend this facility.

I love this business and I have found its owners, Melissa and Mike to be caring, professional and personable. Our dogs actually look forward to their grooming appointments. We have used other similar services for boarding our pets and this business is by far and away the best.

I really like this groomer. She did a wonerful groom on our Pomeranian. Not a fan of the owner. Hope this groomer stays she has groomed our baby twice now.

Took our Ollie here for the first time yesterday and he looks absolutely wonderful !! Since our pets are also our children I wanted to make sure he was treated well so I sat and visited for a while, Ollie was allowed to play and visit with everyone before I left which made me feel good about how he would be treated after I left.. So I will definitely be back with Ollie.

I absolutely appreciate and love everyone at Fuzzy Wuzzy. They took care of my fuzzy child like she was their own while I was away for a event. I had no worries leaving her with them. I will for every be a customer of Fuzzy Wuzzy because of they good people they are and the above and beyond service they provide for my family.

Took my dog there for the first time. They were very friendly. They took great care of my dog. They did an excellent grooming job on my dog. Great atmosphere. This is definitely a great business in every aspect. Will definitely take Pebbles back.

I just had the opportunity to be reunited with my little girl thanks to the love and devotion Melissa has for our innocent four legged friends. She is at work even when she is not. She found my little girl (Minnie) on I-35 as she was heading home from work. She did not think about the cold weather, how tired she was or her family and own pets at home patiently waiting for her. All she wanted to do is get my baby girl to safety. She took Minnie home. After multiple calls, she found out Minnie was thousands of miles away from me. Melissa still made all efforts to reunite us. Although it was a group effort to get Minnie home to South. Florida, this would not have been possible if Melissa did not cross Minnie's path. I Could not think of a better person and establishment to trust with my puppy. They care for animals is not just a job is in their heart. Thank You Melissa you are an Angel!

What a great business! Dogs look fantastic, no stress when picking them up (almost thought they wanted to stay longer!). Will definately be taking Calle and Petey back. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

They did an awesome job on both my dog. They look beautiful. Very friendly and my dogs love them.

They are all moved into their new location two stops down from the nursing home with the mexican restaurant in between. They still do an amazing job and are very affordable Tori makes my Atari baby look like a little princess! Love them :)

I took my Lilie in to get her groomed. Great service they listened and took really good care of her. Really nice family doing an awesome job!! Thank y'all south for the wonderful job y'all did and making room for her on Saturday, I will be using y'all from now on.
