        the projects....

        fairview apartments are the projects, and just like bigger city propjects, the kids are unruly and disrepectful, if the neighbors think your going to rat out their drug use, you'll be in danger of physical harm and won't live in peace. I moved from there for that exact reason. I'd rather live in a cardboard box than there.
