Dispatch who answered was rude and ignorant all i asked was how long the wait would be which i have done before and got an answer

Only gave one star because I had to!! The person who answered the phone is so rude!!! If I didn't need a taxi I would have given that person a piece of my mind!!!

The man who answers phone is very rude. I don't understand why they are still in business. I advise that nobody use this can company. Put the ba......out of business

The owner (Vinny) is a straight jerk. I used this cab company several times a week until they left me stranded in below zero weather. When I called I tried to ask what happened Vinny told me "f" you & hung up on me. I'll never use them again.

I was in Altoona for business and used this cab company a couple of times. The women who answer the phone are nice but the 1 guy (who I belive is the owner) is a total a**hole. If I get the guy I just hang up. Also why not allow a scheduled pick up?? I'm traveling to the train station early in the morning and you won't allow a preschedule appointment, ridiculous
