I could not agree more with hurleee. Do not go to this establishment. It feels like you are apart of a factory. I was ushered in like cattle, just to get a lack luster eye exam. I think the doctor spent 10 minutes with me if that. I also had a contact fitting, which was not cheap! To add fuel to the fire I recently tried to purchase contact lenses from an online company, and Americas Best said I can only purchase a specific brand of contacts. I have never heard of such a thing!!!!!! Complete rip off and joke. Save your money and go to a reputable establishment.

Horrible customer service. I paid for an exam, waited for a sample pair of contacts to be mailed to me to try. Then had to reschedule a few times to have a follow up with the contacts. I go in for the appointment and they say, oh sorry it's been over 45 days, you will need to pay for a new exam! Never mentioned this when I called to reschedule. They also would not give me a copy of the exam that I paid for. At any other reputable eye doctor, the exam is good for a year. Not a very nice way to treat your customers. I guess this is how they make money..
