If I were a business I would NEVER use this company. They allow employees in this building with cellphones ( yes they are turned off but on them) and have no security so anyone can walk in. Yes they have badges but walk right on in and go ring a door bell with a coat on and no one notices. They do not screen employees. I worked there for one week and with a few clean people. HOWEVER, after giving it a chance, we were trained by a VERY unprofessional lady named Linda, with the company 3 years or so , who told us that no one likes her there and also put down fellow employees by stating not to listen to them and calling them negative liars. Also yelling at a new employee in front of other people who I knew did her job well and showing favoritism to others. Linda go back to the call center where you can benefit the company more and not scaring off the new hires. They make you pressure receptionists at companies who cannot make executive decisions and can loose their job over it.

This is a low end call center. They hire mainly threw temp agencies which alone is fine, however they do not require a drug screening or a background check to work there. As a result their employees are often either strung out or ex-felons. The average time a person works there is 2 weeks to 5 months. The Manager of this location is very unprofessional and does not foster a good work environment. They have a 2 week training period for most of their clients but it should be 6 weeks given all the material. Overall I do not recommend hiring this company or working for them.
