        Overall

        I called CBC Home Inspections after an unpleasant experience with another inspection company. Chris gave me a prompt quote, communicated effectively and completely, and gave me a thorough understanding of his process. Chris was able to perform the inspection when needed and continued great communication before and after the job. I wasn't able to attend the inspection but Chris called me prior to writing the report to inform me of his findings; the report came the next day. Chris set up the septic inspection and gave me that information as well. A+ service and communication is not common these days. Thanks Chris!
