B & P Laser Wash

I paid for an $8 super care wash/wax Mar. 23, 2015. When the 1st stage of the wash began, I saw that there were hardly any suds/cleaning liquid coming out of the dispenser above the car. I could easily see that only 2 of the many ejectors were dispensing any washing fluid. Clearly, something was wrong. I could not pull out of the car wash until the process was over. I tried to call your number immediately, but got no answer. I have called multiply times for the last 24 hours and still have not reached you. I plan to dispute the credit card charge since my car did not get washed! There were no attendants at the car wash to help with the problem.
