My husband and I have been bring our shoe repairs to Professional Shoe for years. At least ten. We have been extremely happy with the service and most importantly the shoe repair is flawless. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Horrible service. Dropped my wife's expensive shoes off. Returned one week as arranged. First he couldn't find the shoes but once he did nothing had been done to them. "Give me 15 minutes," he said. 25 minutes later they still were not done. When I did return he gave me a pair of shoes that were scuffed, glue squirting out of the insoles, uneven cut (lady's open toe sandals). It did no good to say anything because he immediately ignored me and continued on his phone call. When I brought the shoes home my wife was sick to her stomach. Save your money, time, and aggravation. NEVER BRING ANYTHING TO THIS STORE.
