        I entered the drive-thru at about 10:45pm this Sunday. I ordered my food. They made me wait until 11:25pm. The workers eating and drinking in the work area. No one at the drive-thru window; I had to honk my horn to get their attention. I said "how much longer?", they replied "5 more minutes for the chicken". I acknowledge and waited another 6 minutes. I honked my horn again to get their attention, and I requested a refund. They gave me a refund on the spot. I never received an apology. Very unprofessional. I will never go here again. Avoid at all costs.
