This was the most unprofessional dentists office I have ever been to. I went into the office and a nurse walked through the office with her finger in her nose with a sore in it the entire time I saw her. I did like the woman that took my x-rays, she was well trained but will be leaving there soon. First of all Dr. Fuller gave me a 1 minute exam very limited. They were supposed to give me a cleaning , but had no hygienist there so pretended I did not have an appointment for a cleaning . Something I always make sure I have when I make my apointments. I then found out the dentist would be giving me a cleaning because there was no hygienist found yet for their office. The Dr. Was interested in the crowns and did not even see the fillings needed in four of my teeth. He tapped on my tooth with nerve damage and set my mouth off in pain for 3 days because of it.. I told them more then once that I needed to get the work done before the first of the year and we had 2 months and one week. They never sent in the plan for treatment to my medical for approval, though I called them 3 times. Three weeks later I called my medical and told them and they said nothing was ever sent in. I then called other offices and they said I needed my x-rays. I called Dr. Fullers office and asked for my X-rays and they said I would have to pay $25 dollars for them. I exclaimed," I have waited 3 weeks for your office to send in my dental plan for approval, and you have not done so even thought you told me it would be done 3 weeks ago. She said we send in 100 dental plans and I have to be patient.This is sooo irresponsible and inconsiderate! If they have too many patients they should not accept them all. 100 patients a day for one Dr. is insane ! I may loose my allowance for this year due to their negligence. And I would not ever go back there for anything. Awful place.
