Walter is a Great guy,honest and straight forward! I would use him in the future with any project in my Kitchen or bathroom!
1.My designer suggested wrong grout color for me,when the day the workers applied grout, it looked totally not okay.
2.My designer gave a attitude while a problem occur.She said " I can't read your mind,I don't know this is the way you want" and " you are the one that want a lower price,I try to cut the budget so you can have a lower price, the way that you want cause you more money,that's why I don't mention this to you" She blamed on me not paying enough money to them.Her attitude made me feel really bad.
3.Base on what happened above,I decided to seek for the owner's help and express my feeling on the designer making excuses on the project.But the owner refused to listen to me and gave me more attitude.
I paid $16,000 for them to deliver not good work in my house to tell me I don't paid enough to get a good job done.
This is the worst company I ever had,I hope no one will experience the same after me.If you cannot afford mistakes in your house,don't take the risk to choose them.

I am sorry Ms. Jenny feels this way. The ultimate decision on colors selection is made by the client. Anyway the work delivered in her master bathroom was outstanding and with $ 16 k we were able, as promised, to deliver a beautiful master bathroom shower with high quality rectified shower, white quartz vanity countertops in the master and hall bathroom. New quartz countertops in the kitchen, and new tile flooring in the kitchen, hall bathroom and entrance areas. We do understand that remodeling bring some upsetting situations, but the final goal was reached by my team (Curtney, Silvio and the installers) whose took care of her, delivering
We just had our master bath updated by replacing the tub/shower combination with a walk in shower and the vanity counter replaced with granite and an under counter sink. We couldn't be happier with the results. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail during the installation process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathrooms.
