Awful customer service, unprofessional

They are Awful don't even think about them I give them one star only because there is no zero, they where unprofessional. they didn't answer e-mails and they get angry when you call them, they are deal with you like they are doing you a favor, and when I complain and give the manger a feedback he send my an e-mail say he didn't complete reading my e-mail because he didn't want to upset him self, they hold my original document until the car arrived without telling me that.



I ship my car from USA to Saudi Arabia with this company, they toke my car and the original title on 18th of Feb, I waited for a week but no body contacted me to let me know where is my car or when it will be shipped or any information about the process, I e-mail them asking about my car shipping information and I get a short answer saying they will send it at that day but I didn’t get any thing, after three days I called them and they inform me that my car will leave the port after three weeks so my car sat at the port in USA more than three weeks which give me an indication that they pickup the car and it reach the port before they book a spot for it on any ship. it toke another three weeks to arrive to the port in Saudi Arabia, during the 7 weeks I was asked them more than 5 times to send me the payment information and every time they told me they will send it and they didn’t, during the whole 7 weeks they didn’t mention any thing about the original car documents so I assume they send it with the car, one week before the car arrival I receive payment information and the exact charge with a copy of the shipping document, since I am outside the USA at that time sending them a casher check as the request take about two weeks so I start the process the day I receive the e-mail without reply to there e-mail because that e-mail was not ask for any information from me. A week later when the car arrived I went to the shipping agent in Saudi Arabia to clear the car but they request the original title and shipping documents and inform me that the shipper in USA should send the originals to me before the car arrived so I contact Master Shipping and I was supersized that they are holding the documents without informing me about that and claiming that they are waiting for the check, after arguing they say that they will send document via FedEx and I will get it in three days but after receiving the tracking number I find out that they use economy service which need 7 days to delivered wtich will cost me port fee due to the delay in clearing the car from customs.

Dear costumer you called and asked the car shipping rate we gave you the rate you agreed on the rate and we picked up the car and delivered it to the port of export the port will not accept the car without a spot booked on the ship the car and the original title has to be checked by us costumes and border protection that takes time so we did all the work with not even getting paid as you are saying for 7 weeks even if i agree that you have no invoice which is not true you have the quotation and you have the company info so you could've mailed the payment in we are in this field for a very long time and the car arrived overseas and you got it and you complain about the company not giving you the paper work because you did not pay sorry we can not work for free
