The location in Woodstock GA is just rude from the staff to management. First off they have their league night on Tuesday night which is their unlimited bowling night which is dumb because there are no lanes open. Then they are rude and try to downfall you because you don't want to do the unlimited arcade instead. The manager is no help and rude then two lanes came open but instead of him alerting people on the list he reserved those for the league as well which only left three unlimited bowling lanes for everyone to wait for. This place is unorganized and has little customer service. Then to top things off if you call corporate it hangs up on you.

It appears that Stars and Strikes in Loganville does not appreciate the Atlanta Poker Club. The general manager at this location announced to player's that more money needed to be spent or he was going to cancel apc. There used to be 30-40 player's on Sunday night. Last night only 11. I will spend my money elsewhere. Lisa R.

Your Dacula location's General Manager must have a real big chip on his shoulder. Also I have noticed that this same location seems to go through Mangers like there going out of style. I have talked and listened to many of the employees of the Dacula location, more than half dislike the General Manager ( Will). I have read your Core Values of your Employees. Your Core Values should start with the upper management. It's a shame when you go in there and see a bunch of young folks hating where they work, when they have to report to a General Manager who enjoys throwing his weight around. I for one will be bowling elsewhere and will Inform all others to do the same.
