You get what you pay for

Jinetta and company,



I first wanted to thank you for picking me up at the airport yesterday, sorry about the changes in flights and travel problems.



I also wanted to let you know I am a little upset in how this purchase agreement was handled and how I was treated overall as an out-of-state buyer. First, the a description should have included the multiple dents in the hood, broken arm rest latch, and missing drink holder. Having to get the floor mats and place the back in the vehicle was also a little bit ridiculous. Next, I was told the car would have a full tank of gas so I could get on the highway and go. Jinnetta I sincerely appreciate you putting $10 in the tank but you told me the gas would be in the car, not down the street. Whomever added the 225 miles from the listed odometer reading should did so knowing the car was being sold, thanks.



Did I also mention how Jeff and Jinetta screwed me on removing the warranty on the vehicle? Jinetta you told me you would remove $325 from the listing price, then Jeff said $225 off for no warranty because "The car had no turbo." Maybe politics is a better route for you because research and sales might not be a good avenue; the car is an XT which comes standard with a turbo and if you open the hood you can see the intercooler mounted atop the engine.



Also, I think you need to get a new HR manager to screen your mechanics. The car had no oil in it - at all. Also the coolant was completely gone. Had I not caught this sooner, the car would have been worthless - instead I had to add another $40 onto my tab for your companies carelessness and neglect.



If I add up to total from all of these I spent $185 more than what I was supposed to get AND did not get the full story on the car. Jinneta, you have a camera phone and could have easily snapped a few pictures I asked for in my emails. I appreciate you working with an out of state customer and working to get me in a car.

Overall
What a great expierence!!!

Tonya was GREAT! It was very nice dealing with a woman, being a woman myself. I was never pressured. She took her time explaining to me what exactly the anti lock brakes did in a way that I could understand it. She sold me an Accord that was clean as a new car but way below the blue book value.
