Screwed up

Sitting in the restaurant as I type. Very bad service and bsd experience. Waitress hardly checks in with us. Waited for over 45 mins for appetizers. My wife did not get her food along with the rest of us. The plates had something grimy stuck. They screwed up our evening

Avid Customer -- A little better service.

This is the BEST Chineese food in America. My wife gives it the very highest "ratings". I drop my rating to four stars because on the two occasions I ate at this restaurant (in A;pharetta). The first time I ordered Hot & Sour soup and it was never served (I did get the credit off my bill). The last visit I ordered a glass of wine with my meal; the wine came AFTER I finished eating. The excuse was, "we are a bit busy at the bar tonight".

My wife and I have ate at several PF Changs' restaurant around the USA and the food is excellent everywhere (without fail). The greetings at the front desk is always pleasant. But if you Improve the servers service a bit and fill my order accurately I will up my rating to 5 STARS!! (The food gets 5 stars).
