Child & Family Services 4C is a resource and referral agency that provides information and services to parents, child care providers, employers and the public. It offers services to the residents of Alcona, Alpena, Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Montmorency, Oscoda, Otsego and Presque Isle counties in Michigan. The agency provides a range of child care, licensing, financial assistance and parent information services.
