Metro Cab

Had a cab ride home. When stepped out of cab realized phone was on seat in cab. Chased after cab as he was pulling away but driver would not stop. Called phone right away but someone turned it off right away which meant the driver found it. People at cab call in were not helpful. Went to lost and found. Not turned in.

UNRELIABLE: promised to be in 5-15 minutes, arrived in 45 minutes. I was late for a very important event.

DISHONEST: each time I called them while waiting, they told me the cab will be there in 5 minutes. If they told me the truth, I could have catched another cab and still be on time.

DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO: the driver with GPS was asking me for directions. He didn't know how to find Cambridge street in Cambridge!

RUDE (SOME OF THEM): I felt insulted half of the times I dealt with them. Some drivers are nice and polite though.
