Well Loudon repossessed my car after paying it off I bought a 2007 Ford mustang had to take him to court and won my case and federal court he claims he has dementia and nothing to do with this business anymore in court even ask I barely can walk and can't understand anything

What a joke. I got a flyer in the mail. It was like a lotto scratch off. If you scratch off the winning numbers you win a prize. There were 5 different prizes. They were a fit bit, $100 in scratch off tickets. $100 cash $100 amazon gift card. My flyer matched the winning numbers so I assumed I won one of them prizes. I drive from Canton to Alliance to claim the prize and they gave me 2 $1 scratch off lotto tickets. Seriously what a joke. Thanks a lot for making me drive up to Alliance to waste my time and money. Thanks a lot I will never go to your dealership ever again.

The car I wanted was not available in the Alliance store so they drove it up from their Minerva store. When the driver got there, the salesman asked him how it drove. The guy said an idiot light came on during the drive and it was shifting kind of hard. I took the car to my mechanic. He ran full diagnostics. The transmission did not pass, and the catalytic converter never did come back. They said there was no warranty because it had over 100,000 miles on it. They said they would send it back to Minerva to look at it. Never heard from them again. If I had bought this at the Minerva store where their mechanic evidently canceled the codes, I would have driven it off the lot and had to replace or fix the transmission before too long, and probably the cat converter as well. Shysters.

Let me start by saying im a service manager so i know about taking care of my customers. Bought a honda ridgeline last week for $24,400 drove all the way from pittsburgh. They did take care of me well while i was there. (they didnt have my money yet) the very next day took it in my shop to check it over for pa inspection. the front driver side fog/driving light bracket was broken. it looked to be in a wreck. the part was only $50 i didnt ask for any labor. when i called they told me it was not broken when they had it that i probably wrecked it on my way home. i could not believe what i was hearing. they said that they would check with threre manager and would call me back . never got a call. so i called back again adam told me that his manager said that if they give me the $50 that they would be losing money on the truck. this place has no customer. im not that mad its only $50 but what if it was something really bad i would be screwed so the im writting this just to protect the next person thinking about buying a car here. and maybe this review will cost them more then the $50 that they owe me. Just one more thing , whoever they have buffing there vehicles needs to find a new job career. my honda is pearl black and i never seen so many swirls in the paint. Its going to the detail job on monday.
