Premium Taxi

I have used Premium 2 times in the past 2 months during morning rush hour and they arrived on time and very courteous. Why don't people ever write about a good experience???

I would never recommend this service to anyone. I live seven minutes from the destination ( I drive it every day). As soon as we got in the taxi he asked if we were from the area, when we replied no ( because we're not- just been living here a while) he took us the complete opposite direction. A seven minute drive took 20 minutes, he went up a few one way streets. He took us to the complete wrong location and charged us for the whole trip and charged us almost 30.00. Needless to say, we found a different ride back. Also the woman on the phone was very rude when I called for the taxi in he first place.
