Premier Pet Grooming

I don't recommend. For about a year and one half, she groomed my dog, and said he was so unmanageable that I began to medicate him to calm him down for his groomings...I thought my dog was at fault, and now I"m not so sure. She told me on our last visit "HE's one of the worst dogs I ever groomed". At that point, I decided to find a new groomer. No one has ever said that about him before, and he's now 8 years old. I took my dog to a new groomer recently, told her what had happened, and said 'muzzle him if you need to, based on what this other groomer told me". The newest groomer had NO problems with him, he loves her, and doesn't try to escape the room like he did with this lady from Premier. I don't know what experiences the owner of Premier had with my dog, but I"m inclined to think she is not very gentle with them. My dog is an Irish Terrier, and like all terriers, spunky, but not mean. I think she doesn't know how to handle terriers and suggest you find someone else.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have a very small, high maintenance papillon and the owner was so gracious and gentle with her. My dog looks gorgeous when done. Great prices, great people! Do not hesitate to take your dog here!!

Highly recommended establishment for personalized service and affordable prices. Our mini schnauzer receives specialized attention and quality service at every appointment. Grooming is reasonably priced and our dog returns home looking and smelling great!

Amazing place! I have a large english sheepdog (who is not very easy to groom, to say the least) and he returned home looking more handsome than ever! Great ladies who work there, will definitely be returning!

Raving lunatic. So many miscommunications. Very impatient. Screamed at me and hung up the phone several times. She threatened me and called me out of my name. She doesn't even take debit cards and didn't say so up front. Sadly, she did an excellent job with my pet. However her service was like a trip in the stone ages. Never going there again.

Clean, super professional and friendly staff! The salon is very "homey" and comfortable. Love the way it's set up! Tessie looks so pretty and smells delish! Will be going back monthly! Super affordable too!
