Speaking from my experience - the KPMM team of people uderstand customer serivce for both the property owner and the tenant. They have made it easy for me to be a property owner, by giving my tenant the right level of service that makes them happy to be renting my property. Also, the KPMM team has been very thoughtful about the maintenance costs I incurr as a property owner. They work very hard to minimize maintenance costs.



Simply put, KPMM is using the right formula to balance, service to the tenant to property owner costs, that has been completely satifying to me as a property owner.
