        Overall

        Met with Brad on 11/23/15 regarding an estimate on a fence project. After being told the estimate would be done in less than a week, I had to repeatedly contact Brad regarding said estimate. Five weeks, and multiple excuses later, I never received the estimate. Brad never contacted me regarding the situation, but had his secretary, Kay, send me his excuses via email.



        Stay away from Creative Fence Inc. Brad's behavior was unprofessional and a waste of time.

        Called 3\25\2015 and spoke with Kay. I asked her if she could send someone down as my gate was rubbing on the ground and I could not close the latch. Fence was installed new 11 months ago. I could hear Brad ask to have pictures emailed to him which I did on the same day. Waited two weeks and no one got back to me so I called Kay again and she said Brad is out of town and will return on Monday and she will have him call me. It's now 5\18\2015 and again no one has contacted me. Brad Eck owner of Creative Fence gave me a full year warranty on his work when he was finished with the install. I like the fence and thought his guys did a good job and felt comfortable with them returning if I had an issue. To me backing up a warranty repair is more important then the initial work done. Creative Fence failed to back up there warranty and left us hanging with a gate issue as we could not open and close the gate due to it rubbing on the ground. Paid another company to repair it. Will not recommend
