We offer: Kick Boxing, Step Aerobics, BOSU, Basic Training, Cardio Interval, Senior Aerobics, Yoga, Mat Pilates and more. With over 40 classes offered each week, we are sure you will find one that is just right for you! Indoor studio cycling is an exciting training concept that brings energy, music, and a serious fitness challenge to indoor cycling. Your cycle instructor will lead you on a heart-pumping, imaginative journey toward improved fitness and endurance. Tanning Don't lose that tan while the weather is cold and the sun is hiding! Tan up to 20 minutes for as low as $7 per tanning session. Memberships Our club offers a variety of membership options and other solution based plans to meet the needs of all of our members. If you have special needs or are looking for more support or additional service we can design a plan just for you. An important point to note is that our club philosophy is to treat every single member the same every day.
