        poor service

        I am currently sitting outside this office for thirty minutes now. Said they open at 8am and it is now9am.. Here to cancel insurance so had to make an appearance in person. Canceling because their service truly sucks over the last few years....find someone else. Also,unitrin not much better. Poor communication.
