        Poor service

        Called on a Monday to schedule Saturday installation of tires. Their computer was down. Ordered Goodyear tires through dealership.

        I showed up on Saturday. Their computer down again. Tires were not ordered. Offered to order other tires but not the tires desired. They said they hadn't heard of the Goodyear tires I knew were available via Tire Rack.

        I went to Wiygul's instead and ordered tires through Tire Rack. I had great service experience with Wiygul's for tire installation. I will look elsewhere other than return to Ourisman Ford.

        This is the worst car dealersh...

        This is the worst car dealership i have ever been too. They tried to rip me off in every way during a car sale from the trade in, hidden fees, financing. Dont buy a car from this place

        Recently bought a vehicle from this Dealership and at first I was a bit hesitant because I had never bought from here before. The reviews were good so I decided to give it a try.. I am used to being hassled and pressured, but as soon as I walked into the door, there was a friendliness in the air. Everyone greeted me and offered to help. One of the Managers even came up and said Hello. A BIG plus!!



        I was helped by a younger gentleman, who openly admitted that he was new to the dealership.. I felt a bit uneasy about it but Hans (the salesperson) quickly helped me to feel at ease. He was the nicest and most courteous salesperson I have ever met! I felt his honesty and patience as we walked their whole lot of vehicles. I will definately purchase from here again!
