Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The folks who are regular employees are quite good. The manager needs training in customer service. I have had two cars in a row with issues. He needs to make sure the cars people rent are in tip top shape. He has also refused to give me a ride home. He says it is in the wrong location.

This is not the first time I've rented from Enterprise Mt. Vernon. All the representatives are very professional in person and over the telephone. That's important to me in doing business with a company. It also doesn't hurt that the rental is within my budget. I've rented for on weekends and for a week. Also thank you Enterprise for having "No Smoking" sign in your cars. To be given a ride back to my destination is also a plus. The rental rates and excellent service is what keeps me as a loyal customer.
