Akwaba Hair Braiding

*Poor Attitude - i went in to get Senegalese twists and the lady doing my hair complained bitterly in French throughout the time she did my hair. When I asked what the problem was, she told me that the twists hurt her hand and proceeded to sigh and feel sorry for herself throughout the time she stood doing my hair thus ruining the whole braiding experience. As a customer I am paying $180 to get my hair done. I do not want to hear about how my paying for a service is hurting your hands. If you, a service provider, cannot handle the job get into a different line of profession. The lady also left my hair at one point to go and eat food while her co-workers who had been braiding long before she had started continued at work. Although my hair was 'okay' I will never go back to this place after my experience.

This place is amazing! Very clean and comfortable. The stylist are very professional and the owner is a sweetheart! I got my hair braiding "box braids" and they lasted 3 months! Very good quality brading and extremely fast. I will definitely return soon and send people there! Their prices are also reasonable. I want Senegalese Twists next time I visit.
