A Wonderful prom dress shopping experience! After spending 3 hrs at a another bridal shop, we discovered that we were suppose to be a Jackie's Bridal in the first place... looking at hundreds of gorgeous gowns! Even tho we walked in rather late in the afternoon, & the place was very busy with prom shoppers, Jackie kept giving me one awesome dress after another, until I had it narrowed down to six! Honestly, I could have left the store with 6 fabulous dresses. I was thrilled with everything! She & her staff were so complementary & very helpful. I walked out of her store, with a dress that I love, and a mother who was very pleased! I will go back again next year, as have not seen this much selection & personable service anywhere. I would highly recommend going to Jackie's Bridal for your prom & special occasion dresses!

I had a REALLY bad experience at this store!! I wanted a unique wedding dress which required more than usual alterations. Jackie J's helped me pick out the dress. At that time I also asked the seamstess if she could do the alterations on this dress. She said yes. They told me yes they could no problems. Couple of weeks later, Jackie j's asked me if I had my bridesmaids dresses picked out and I told them that they were ordered some other place because they were $20 cheaper. After that, they told me that they couldn't do the alterations on my wedding dress. So I took my wedding dress to another seemstress and she told me that it was the wrong dress and that she would have to rip the whole dress apart to do my alterations. So I ended up not doing the alterations that I wanted and have a wedding dress that I hate. Note to self NEVER go back there again!!

I would NOT recommend this place. I ordered my bridal shoes from Jackie J's in May and was initially told that they would call when the shoes were in (which was supposed to be in one to two weeks). No call came. A month later, I called and was advised that my shoes were in and that my phone numbers were listed incorrectly and they couldn't reach us (a lie - on their form which I have a receipt of, it shows my phone numbers CLEARLY printed out). Well, two weeks later when we went to pick up the shoes we were then told they were back-ordered and won't be here until a month after my wedding. My dress fittings were for the next day! They never bothered to followup with my order and wouldn't have had I not called them repeatedly. No wonder women turn into Bridezillas! It's the vendors such as this that ruin things!
