Golden Place Chinese

Terrible customer service! I ordered and drove 30 minutes to get my food on the way to work and they wouldn't take a card because my order was $7 and not $10. I had 10 minutes to get to work and all they could say was go to an ATM! I have been a repeat customer throughout the years and have never been told this rule and will never order from there again! I had to leave without the food which was already done and find something else to eat and I was late to work!

I tried to order a large mixed soup to my work which is less than a mile from their store. They refused delivery saying that my order wasn't large enough and it needed to be a minimum order of $12. Well, they charge for delivery and don't advertise that there is a minimum order for delivery. I could pay a cab to pick me up take me there and return for less than $12 plus the cost of the soup. They lost me as a customer and before now, I would never even consider another place to order Chinese food from. Here is a tip...if you advertise delivery and charge for delivery then it is bad customer service to deny that delivery because a person didn't order enough, and it is false advertising if you are not saying in your add that a minimum order is required for delivery. Additionally, If there is a minimum order required for delivery then you shouldn't be charging for it.

I eat here all of the time,the food is great.
