CVS Pharmacy

My CVS before I moved here was superior in quality, service, and friendliness. They were on time and followed up. Here, I have received the incorrect number of pills once--no apology and had to drive back. They act flustered and too busy to deal with you here. A second time they transferred my meds to another pharmacy and claimed the out of state doctor did it. Not true. A third time, my long time medicine changed in color, size etc. When I called the pharmacy about it being the wrong pill, they told me to drive back and they would exchange it. When I got there a different pharmacist very hatefully insisted it was the correct medicine. Why then does the drug manufacturer online show something entirely different and if the pill changed why was I not informed at the window per industry norms? I was sent away and on a wild goose chase trying to find a pharmacist to show me whether this is the correct drug or the one online that has the interaction warning from the FDA. Terrible customer service and no standard of care or concern for safety. She actually laughed at my safety concerns. In education or in any other field but healthcare, there would be a consequence for treating those that are being paid so much money to supposedly serve the public.
