        BEST AND TRUSTWORTHY

        Top notch lawn and landscape has had some issues with being mistaken for another company top notch & beyond so with that I would like for people to know that the Guy who runs top notch lawn and landscape is not a scam artist he is a small business owner who will take a loss on a job meaning money wise to make a customer happy GOOD GOOD

        If I could enter a negative count rating I would. Do not hire this Landscaper you will regret it!. Top Notch and More, Top Notch and Beyond, etc. Hallmark Ave or San Francisco Ave. He keeps changing business names and locations because he is a SCAM artist and that is what they do.
