The Courtyard Apartments

Homeless have wondered the grounds at night and cockroaches make their home there. I've heard gunshots coming from the parking lot area, or thereabouts, one. But I'm not going to investigate it myself. The security company that serves the building told me they weren't on duty yet, so they were no help.

My bathroom developed a serious mold problem.

The staff painted over a damaged shower liner and tub to hide it's poor condition. But the hot water and steam revealed cracks and yellowing beneath.

Staff invites themselves into apartments at will even when they make agreements not to.

Audrey Guthrie, the manager illegally witheld money intended for a refund to myself from Housing and Urban Development. A DEMAND LETTER from New Mexico Legal Aid forced her to cough up the money she had no intention of letting out of her fat little fingers.

If you value the health of your family and yourself do not rent here. Leaking a/c and pipes causing mold and mildew which are toxic. Repairs are never made, excuses abound, only cosmetic work done. Office staff is rude, vengful, and nasty. Deposit are never returned. Owners obligations under Residant-Owner Relations Act are never followed. If you abate rent as permitted under the law for lack of repairs, they file a claim on you behind your back, get a default judgment, and garnish your checks. This is a lose-lose situation for tenants.
