I have had to deal with this company several times (not their fault -- I had a weird issue going on with my TV). My brand new 40" Emerson HDTV is under warranty with the Walmart Service Plan and Walmart hooked me up with Crown. At first I was skeptical and thought to myself, "Oh, no, here we go...This is not going to be fun."



I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were awesome about setting up appointments quickly (specifically, Robin) and followed through with reminders. I had to change my appointment a few times and Robin never skipped a beat. She was always friendly and willing to bend and rework their availability to fit my schedule.



The serviceman (specifically, Jonathon) I had to deal with was fast, friendly, informative, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. He hooked up my DVD player for me (I had waaay too much going on back there with my satellite dish, internet router, and a bunch of other things already hooked up). He even made friends with my cat.



I have not experienced service this good in many years and it was refreshing.

Crown TV's way of doing business doesn't help our business. We've been here for 35 years, yet they don't trust us to pay for a service call or parts. It took several weeks to get our TV repaired at a cost of over $500. We had to pay for the service call in advance. Another TV needed the exact repair as the first TV - they wouldn't order the part until we paid for it. They cancelled the request to order the part because "they couldn't get hold of us." Our TV has been broken now for almost a month because they won't offer us SERVICE even after we've done prior business with them.
